- Added Manufacturer # Item Description to Work Item export
- Added Product Manufacturer # to the Min/Max report export

- Fixed issue where items in some work orders could not be split into multiple invoices
- Fixed issue that disabled adjusting inventory for items with zero quantity
- Hide disabled fields from equipment title options
- Fixed duplicate print view pages
- Fixed form edit page: when a new field form is filled but not saved, reset the values to avoid those to be carried over to a different form
